BRAND NEW HAWAIIAN Voyaging canoe with decorated sails.

This simplified model of a Hawaiian voyaging canoe has been crafted in the workshops of Francis Pimmel who is well known for his large models of Polynesian canoes, some of them gracing the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel Resort at Manale Bay, Lanai, Hawaii, and many other famous locations.

The sails for this model have been fully hand painted and are one of a kind. You are invited to compare the painting of the 2 dolphins to convince yourself that those are no stickers or prints.

Carved out of Koa wood, long by 10.3/4 inches, the model rest on a solid wooden base covered by a beautiful 5 sided showcase. A bronze plaque with the name of the maker has been affixed to the base.
