This simplified scale model of a Hawaiian Voyaging Canoe has been crafted in the workshop of Francis Pimmel, who is a renowned canoe scale modeler of the State of Hawaii, whether that is building an accurate model of the famous HOKULE'A voyaging canoe or any other Polynesian, Micronesian or Melanesian canoe.

Carved out of premium Koa wood, a native Hawaiian hardwood known for its durability and beauty, the model measures 10.75 inches in length. It rests on a solid wooden base covered by a beautiful 5-sided showcase, adding to its aesthetic appeal. 

The dimensions of the showcase are as follows: L: 11,5 ins W: 4 ins, H: 11.5 inches.

Handcrafted with utmost care and respect, this model is not just a piece of art, but a symbol of Hawaiian heritage. Made using traditional native wood species, it embodies the spirit and origin of Hawaii.
